I had a great experience with this team, who were very professional and prompt with their recommendations and timeline. They worked with me over the course of two weeks to address several upgrades for my vehicle. I wanted to replace my brake pads with options that produce less dust, install wheel spacers, and lower my vehicle using KW H.A.S. adjustable springs.

They recommended the iSweep 1500 brake pads, which have been excellent for my needs. The reduction in dust has been remarkable; my rims haven't been touched in over a week, and they still look clean. The installation of the KW adjustable springs went perfectly, and the team was very accommodating, adjusting my vehicle's height two additional times after the installation to ensure it met my preferences.

I initially had concerns about needing adjustable camber control arms for the front, but they were honest with me and advised against it, explaining that the difference would be too minor. I truly appreciate their honesty and the quality of work they provided. I will definitely be a returning customer for any future vehicle needs.

This is the best shop I’ve used for car maintenance for my Porsche GT3. They’re honest about what needs to be fixed and what can wait. They diagnosed and fixed my oil leak, replaced tires for me, and a few other maintenance fixes. They always keep me updated and explain everything that’s going on. I definitely recommend 👍

In general, I do not trust mechanics and my trust does not come easy. I am from Northern California and there is only 1 shop I trust up there (JHM in lathrop). I now live in Southern California and after trying a few Audi shops down here I felt they either didn't know what they were doing, too expensive or they couldn't fit me in for 3 weeks kinda. AU Tuning was recommended to me so I thought I would give them a shot. From the get go, they are awesome. They were able to fit me in on very short notice for an engine tune and their customer service is honestly flawless. From Dave making the tune happen on short notice to Nick providing great and timely communication or Raz going on a lengthy test drive with me to try and diagnose an issue, I never once felt rushed or like I was bothering them. They genuinely care and want me to be happy with the car. I am extremely happy to have found AU Tuning and I will be coming back here for a long time with both my B5 S4 and my C7.5 A6.

If you are looking for an experienced shop with outstanding customer service, I cannot recommend AU Tuning strongly enough.

I brought in my V10 TDI Touareg to fix a tandem pump. Not many people know anything about this car. AU was very knowledgeable and helpful in the repair process. I won't trust anyone else to touch my beloved Touareg now that I found this shop. They quoted me a very fair price and kept their word, plus everyone there is super cool. The team at OC Tuning were SPECTACULAR! I have a 2012 Audi A7 with 100,000 miles on it. Check engine light came on so went to dealer who basically told me that car should be scrapped and would need over $15,000 to fix it. Through a good friend I found out about OC Tuning. Got the car to them and they did a full diagnosis. Yes I did need new fuel injectors and a couple of other items, but nowhere near what the dealer was asking for their repairs. When I got the car back it ran as if it was BRAND NEW! Really nice crew, very responsive to questions, and most importantly, they clearly know how to service German cars at a very fair price. Thrilled with Raz and the team at OC Tuning. They've got my business from now on because they are honest, extremely capable, and very responsive. Thanks OC Tuning!
