Several years ago, we had issues with being hacked and we thought it was an inside job to WELLS FARGO. Now it is having again and we have to use DAVID L Dale since he handles the federal aspect Shannon Grove does not handle this part anymore. She was very helpful, compassionate and caring. Her entire staff was the same way, that’s why I called them first. I’m going to call them again just to see if they know the number was a possibility of victim insurance since our money was hacked and the person that did it our password and username and we never gave it out. I highly recommend calling her and supporting her in her endeavors with our state. She communicates with you out of staff like you one of their family. Like I said, they are very compassionate and caring and thorough with your job. She will always get my vote.
