Samantha is very rude and hung up on me not once, but twice. I called in to question the delay of my service, which they’ve had for a full week. If your project requires any sort of urgency, it’s probably best that you seek service elsewhere. No attempt was made to rectify.

This was the first time I’ve had to serve someone and this process was so easy. The person to be served was a hard serve and refused all other types of service including mail carrier so I was worried about how this would go. I was able to do everything electronically and it was efficient. Fees were straightforward and got the confirmation that the affidavit of proof of service was filed same day.
My only complaint is I was expecting more communication, but the job got done so i am happy with the service I received

The ladies in the office answering the phones, Lexi, and Samantha, I think....were awesome. They were courteous, informative, knowledgeable and patient with me as I tried to navigate service to someone. They gave me a competitive price and their server got the job done the 1st time.....thank you again ASAP!
