Terrible craftsmanship, nothing is level and the welds look like children did it and his stair rails failed inspection and he never fixed it. not to mention it was severely out of level

I am the husband of pamella who just made a review of artisan with the pictures provided. I want everyone to know before sending out this review the owner had every opportunity in the world to refund the deposit is around 2500 for this garbage frame. I am general contractor for 20 years and a business owner. I am shocked that this company would attempt to install this door the way it was built . I expected a door frame powder coated (not cheap spray paint - I expect welds to look like an experienced fabricator perform. - I expect the new frame to be free of defect and dents. This frame he sent looked like he found on the side of the road after being ran over by several cars. When I first saw the frames - I simple wanted my deposit back and go separate ways. The owner did offer to redo the door but honestly how can I trust the quality. He did not even build this door as the design spec provided. I told him this was not the design and he said “it was close “. In addition to incorrect design he made his door approximately 6 inches smaller than the door opening. This means I would have a smaller door.
I simply wanted my money back and he refused. For $2500 now the general public can see your true colors. Lucky for me I made the deposit on my Amex card and Amex will stand by their clients when they have been screwed over. If you take a chance with company make sure you use Amex to have extra security.

These guys had our custom Bahama shutters up in one day and they look perfect. They brought out the right machinery to do the job safely and got it done right. They also got the custom paint finish perfect for me, highly recommend.

Israel did not perform on installation date, two weeks late, workmanship was very average. Part of the rail broke the next day and asked him to fix it and he gave me two times and didn’t show up. Still waiting.
