Supervisors, and HR talk in very condescending tone as if every one is a todler. Very unprofessional setting. The equipment and warehouse may apear to be cutting edge, but the company is not. Company does not comply with OSHA saftey standards. When asked about it they'll say "we leave it up to our team leaders to decide what's necessary". I wouldn't recomend if you value your safety or sanity.

I just had the same experience as the first review that came up when I looked at the reviews. I drove 3hrs to take a weld test and was told that with over 18yrs of experience in other welding processes and limited work experience in TIG, that it was pointless for me to be given a test.

Went here to apply for a welding position, and was denied the option to even take a weld test. Office staff were rudely condescending, laughed when they saw where I lived, and cracked jokes as I walked out the door. Completely unprofessional.
