In the past I had was at a parole hearing for my spouse who was unfortunately incarcerated. The process was very professional but at the same time they were very respectful and they had no judgment involving me with regard to my husband and his criminal charges. They were very detailed when addressing him and his accountability for his actions. I was very impressed and I would like to thank them all for doing a professional job with the ability to respect family support. Thank you ALL!!

Very rude individual. Without an inmate they wouldn’t have a job to do. I understand people make mistakes, but the inmate is still somebody in this world. Treat people the way you want to be treated maybe your kindness can make a difference in a person life. Being rude and ugly to people is not going to make your job no easier

This parole board is pushing out violent offenders because of overpopulation in prisons. No regard, respect or empathy for victims. Their administrator is rude, sarcastic and openly mocks victims unprofessionally with anyone she can. You will not find justice here past the first parole hearing from any of these individuals. Prepare for heartache, prepare for no help. Prepare to feel your state does not care about your well-being.

The hardest thing I had to do especially when my words go ignored and fall upon biased, closed-minded ears. I'm supposed to only check in once every 3 months, but me being honest about my mental health ruined that. I appreciate the concern for my health but to hell with good intentions.

I called down there when my Son's Parole was Denied. But I talked with a Man that was very nice. And listen to all I had to say. And he was very understanding. Now on the other hand the Prison's aren't so great. They do bad things but they don't have Conquences for their actions. They took a Oath to Serve and Protect. Well they cant do that.

All of the staff is unprofessional and treats the public horribly. It appears that everyone that works in this office are very unhappy with their jobs or were not trained how to deal with the public in a professional manner.

The board was very courteous . It was our first time and we did not know what to expect but it was like talking to someone you knew. They reaffirmed that victims have rights too. They asked questions and we answered to the best of our abilities. Thank you to the board for the job you do.

I've been on parole since 2002, in multiple states, I admit I did the crimes,also I paid the penalty for my actions, every parole office and officer I've ever had treated me like I was just another inmate that will eventually get sent back, no one ever had enough faith or were willing to help me do better and succeed, until I was placed on parole here, my supervising officer does not judge me for my past, has been amazingly professional, has given me advice when I ask questions, anytime I've called and left a message or he was busy ,he has always been prompt on calling me back, I've been a week late to report because of my work schedule and he has always been understanding of my situation, I have alot of respect for this office and their officers,
