I started my service with them Sept 2023 and they were quick to call me about a discrepancy in my water bill and sent someone to see if there was a leak. I paid my water bill as it one of my kids that left the nozzle one back in December in slow flow and I never noticed it until I turned it off. Then, today I had a water leak and the service guy named Willy ( I believe) and he was able to get my water started back up again! Amazing customer service from both the rep and Willy, speedy service, and definitely have a happy customer!!

Paying your water bill is a real pain. Then they rush out to turn your water off so they can collect the fees to turn it back on if you cannot pay your water bill. Doesn’t matter if it’s in the middle of summer they will shut water off and kill any landscaping you have planted. Then make you jump thru hoops to get it turned back on. Customer service are no help at all.

Associates argue about accounts over the phone. They will not answer the phone at the local office, serving GC, AJ, and Superior. Called main office in Phoenix and they were helpful with getting someone on the phone. Too bad there are not other options for water.

Wish I could give negative stars! Worst COMPANY and people I have ever dealt with! Like all other reviews - threaten to SHUT OFF after 1 day late. They RARELY send out invoices, I routinely get mine a week AFTER it was due. But the SHUT OFF notices arrive ALL THE TIME. This is for our cabin up north and we do not live there full time. I RELY on the invoice/bill to pay it and all others for that property. As it varies in price month to month. They are the only ones who "randomly" mail out bills. When I call to discuss they are RUDE, the guys that come out to the property are INCREDIBLY RUDE. I am a contractor and remodel homes. I have an issue (and 3 separate plumbing contractors have confirmed my diagnosis) of THEIR meter leaking. Every-time I call in to tell them, I am scolded and told NOT to touch their meter.
I could not fix my own side of the yard UNTIL theirs was fixed, which NEVER happened incidentally. My plumber chose to be VERY creative, as he WELL AWARE OF WHO THEY WERE.
I have been there when their technicians show up to "shut the water off" and I get grief and serious attitude.
Why would I let it turn off for $25? I mean seriously.
Just horrible customer service (none), and rude people. I wish I had options.

I have no problem with them although I can’t seem to find an app on my phone that will allow me to view my bills and pay online through the app. I use for my other utilities but I just can’t seem to find the one for Phoenix water.

Horrible utility company. They notified me on Feb 7th to having a system error in not emailing out January’s bills. I didn’t have a chance to send a payment yet and today on Feb 9th they turned off my water over $47. I always pay my water bill. This company is a joke and clearly lacks any common sense. Apparently there were multiple people in my neighborhood who had their water turned off over this debacle. Whoever at AZ Water made the decision to handle this situation in the manner that they did should be fired.

COPYING AND PASTING ANOTHER REVIEW- Rude and unprofessional. I have been paying online and they never notify you about shut off dates or anything in the mail like they say they do. The payment was ONLY 15 days late and they turned off my water without warning.

This exact same thing has happened to me today. I ever received one notice of past due on 10/29/2021 and today is the 1st of novemeber, I am only 15 days past my last months payment due date!!

When we moved to the neighborhood, mind you, during covid, the office was sending our bills to some random address and continued to shut our water off monthly when we called to correct this issue with the office several times! I have about had enough of this place so unorganized and unprofessional.
