The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I received my order 6 weeks after paying. I was told 2 weeks max when I placed the order. Shipment arrived today and the quality of work is awful. I'm going to have to spend hours grinding off all the slag just to make these pieces look somewhat decent. Do not buy anything from this crook.

I placed, and paid for, an order (a simple Welcome sign) over 7 weeks ago. I called after week 2 and was told that I would have it by the end of the week. After week 4, I have called (left voice mails) and emailed multiple times and have received NO RESPONSE. This is obviously a SCAM.

I have ordered hundreds of things online in the past and this is the only bad review I have ever given. I just want to avoid others falling into the same frustrating trap. Unfortunately, this review requires that I give at least 1 star. 🙁

I was very excited to see the products Arizona Metal Art offered. They looked to be exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, my order was not shipped for well over a month after ordering (I was told it would ship within a week). Finally, I gave up and filed a claim with paypal to cancel the order.

He is a lying crook, made promises for 2 years he would ship my order, never received product or refund. Stay away people. He belongs in jail. Sad part, Arizona business bureau did nothing.
