I was on a camping trip, truck/camping trailer, 50 miles south of Springerville AZ when my truck broke down. I got a tow to Springerville and the auto repair shop came up with an outrageous quote to repair my truck. I talked to Manuel at AZ Custom Innovation. I had it towed to Custom Innovation. His shop was very busy but he took my truck in saying he’d have a little time going forward to check it out. He called the next day with the truck ready to go. The problem had been air in the fuel line (Duramax diesel). He delivered the truck to me since I had no transportation and charged me nothing! Can’t get better/more timely service than that. I was speechless. I highly recommend AZ Custom Innovation for any repairs or service they provide. If I need auto repairs/service while in northeast AZ I’ll go back to them. There’re a Top drawer repair shop. I'd give them more stars if I could.

This guy is great. I’m from out of town and camping in the national forest. Needed an oil change. He got me in quickly and did the change in driveway so I could stay in my van with my dogs. All at a reasonable price for a full synthetic change. He is friendly, professional and helpful. Also willing to talk about various places to see in the region. I highly recommend.

Manuel is an absolute Godsend! He provided quick, friendly and honest service, going above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. We came in with a part that was not meant for our car, and he took it upon himself to call all over town to get us what we needed. He was even able to get us in same-day, within the hour! We will be taking our cars here for all future services and will be recommending them to everyone possible! They are absolutely fantastic and deserve your business!!

We were up for the UTV rally and brought our 24' enclosed trailer. Our RV didn't have the controller in the cab for the trailer breaks. Manny and his nephew came to our camp on Friday evening to wire in the control. They did a professional job and they were very polite and took care of the problem quickly. We made it off the mountain with no issues and the trailer breaks worked wonderful. Thank you for the service and when we come back to area and we need a mechanic, Manny is my guy.

Manuel was incredible! He diagnosed my truck’s problem, explained things to me, even crawled under the truck to inspect the transmission himself, and was so straightforward and honest with me. He told me what needed done based on the code and didn’t try to make a big expensive job out of it. I had new tires put on at a shop in Show Low and they discovered that my lower ball joint was bad but didn't have the time to fix the problem. Long story short but I called nearly every shop in Pinetop, Show Low and Springerville and Manuel at Arizona Custom Innovation went above and beyond to help us out. I dropped the car off on a Friday just as he was closing and he was extremely kind, considerate, and professional. He fixed the car the next day (a Saturday) and got us on our way safe and sound. Easy to see why this shop has such great reviews. Thank you Manuel!
