Warranty Warning
I contracted Argentum weld to design, build, and install our stairway railings, balcony railings, and stairway to our rooftop deck. The inside railings and balcony railings were accomplished perfectly. But the stairway to the rooftop deck was miscalculated, thus a fix had to be incorporated. After a few weeks, the problem was solved. The stairway was built very well except after 8 months, under the paint bubbling started to occur. This was corrosion - the direct result of improper surface preparation. A couple of months later, the paint started to peel away. I contacted Argentum and Martin, the owner, came out to see it. He agreed that it was defective but said they would pay for the correction, but I had to pay for the crane to remove and reinstall the stairway. I should have read the "fine print," which does say any problems occurring after installation is at my cost. Even though this was a manufacturing defect, I had to pay for the removal and reinstall, $4200. The stairway was repaired and installed and looks good, but for how long? The warranty is there for you to read,just beware and know the risk of purchasing their product.
Laura, the customer service expert, is the glue that keeps the place moving. She has excellent communication skills and always calls back or emails.

Martin and his team are AMAZING! They did such an exceptional job with all of our railings. Martin and his team custom designed railings for our main staircase, landing, and staircase to our guest wing. Martin always communicated well with us throughout our whole process. Then came the delivery and installation and I’m happy to report that it was flawless. Measurements were taken throughout the install to ensure everything was perfect and it showed.
