I have not shopped from this supplier yet but, I watched some of Richard’s videos he has uploaded on YouTube and asked him for a demonstration video of a privacy pin door lever, which is rather hard to find a thorough video online demonstrating how that style of lever works and how to install them. Richard was kind enough to upload a video online that demonstrates the overall function of a privacy pin door lever and how to install/disassemble one, as well as a breakdown on what makes them function, I did not expect him to do that. Anyone who will take time out of their day to upload a full demonstration video at the request of a YouTube comment, absolutely cares about their client and is a trustworthy supplier. Richard, thank you very much for that video, you’re too kind. Going forward, whenever any of my clients need suggestions for ordering hardware, I will only recommend your business!

ABS has been a great resource. I don't often need to source architectural hardware but when I do I almost always find the right product on their site. The owner's videos are very helpful to understand the intricacies of his products. Boy…I can’t say enough about this company. I’ve only purchased from them once and their service is unbelievable. You are greeted pleasantly when you call and they literally bend over backwards to figure out a solution. Placed my order before Hurricane Milton developed for will call pickup, but took a direct hit that delayed the trip. Called and spoke to Richard today and he gave me several options of coming down and making the pickup anytime over the weekend, even a Sunday.

We need more companies that appreciate customers and are sympathetic to the devastation. May seem small to some, but the part is critical to me reopening my food business in the coming week.
