Good company! Everyone was very friendly. I came for delivery after hours, shipping works 6am- 5pm. There were two trucks came late for pickup. So, one worker called the shipping guy if he can come, as he lives nearby. And that impressed me - he came in 15 minutes. He's name is Jimmy. And even one worker who was going to leave at 6pm stayed and helped with loads. They loaded others and unloaded me super fast. They allow overnight, I preferred to stay and start driving early morning. There are porta-potty and vending machines. But railroad is close and train horns every hour. Everything else was great!

Sent a truck to this location with equipment necessary. They tried to load the trailer overweight on the rear axles and refused to move the load forward to scale the weight correctly. The driver had the knowledge and equipment to safely and legally load the truck without damaging any product. When mentioning this to the loaders they became irate and began to curse at the driver. I would refrain from sending a stepdeck to load here until their loaders have a better knowledge of weight distribution and safe loading practices. This was a Friday afternoon load which cost our driver 3 days of potential income.

avoid this place they don't know how to distribute the weight well in the truck they want to ride almost 47,000 pounds poorly distributed and then they don't want to lower any pallet. if you don't want to waste time and take care of your truck avoid this place

Employees are not versed on loading trailers correctly. When asked to fix the load they became aggravated and unloaded my truck. Drivers beware.
