Michael K. and Joseph R. did a very good and clean install on the whole house hybrid water filtration/ softener system and the R/O system. They were knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend these guys and Kinetico/ Aquazona to anyone looking for a whole house water filtration system. Also shout to Russ D., who initially came out and did the demonstration and was sold after that!

Jason with AquaZona Kinetico of Phoenix is great! He is very friendly and knowledgeable and has been servicing our water system for a few years. I like that you receive a text the night before telling you the two hour window that the representative will arrive. On the day of service I also received a secondary text letting me know that he was on the way. This makes it easier when you are dealing with a two hour window. Highly recommend!

Todd did an excellent job! Very professional, arrived within the appointment time frame. Resolved our issue with the RO system (leaking hose) and did a check up on our soft water system. Only negative I experienced was the time frame it took to get a technician out to our house. - 11 days.

Jason was great, he answered all my questions and there were many! He has a wealth of expeirence and knowledge to share.
