I have had te opportunity to use Apria Health care in Eureka for equipment needs fro my Mother-In-Law and Wife.
Service was impeccable. When ordering “O2” tanks they were ready as promised at time they were promised. Staff was very friendly and helpful making sure I had what I needed.

They’ve lost my doctors orders 3 times been waiting almost two months 10 calls later. Still nothing. I don’t know what’s going on with gabby. Girl should be drug tested. Very incompetent. Thanks for… making me have to do your job for you. Will be there in person this week to sort issues out.

Followup on June 14. Going forward with Apria, getting supplies on a regular schedule has been impossible. Apria has personally lied to me about a tube "being sent out", and has simply not responded to my increasingly enraged emails. I am intending to fire Apria and will continue to inform other people of how incredibly evil this company is. It's exhausting simply trying to describe the myriad ways in which Apria is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Previous review:

I was ordered a PAP machine from Apria on June 9 2022. It took until November 4 to arrive. That's FIVE MONTHS. And now I need to switch out the mask - a rep said someone would call me TODAY - and there was NO call. Will it take another five months to replace the mask? I think Apria is a bitter, bitter joke. And of course the patient pays the price. Thanks for nothing.

After arriving for my appointment, I was told the woman was not available, she “was not feeling well”.
My equipment was not working and I was desperate for the replacement.
The front desk person had two pleasant, patient, knowledgeable men, come out to assist.
A very sincere “Thank You!” to Cody & Jeff, who sent me home with exactly what I needed.

Thanks to Apria in Eureka, I was having horrible trouble with my previous supplier and I moved to Apria. They were quick to get me started. Everything is coming on time and accurately in spite of the fact that I use head gear from one company and a CPAP machine from a different company. The supply people are good too.
