This place is a scam! They have a website where you can book an appointment for service, and when you pick the date and time and put in your information, it asks for a payment of $59.99 to cover the service call. I would be fine with that if they actually came out for the appointment. After I set up the appointment online, I got no confirmation for it, and no confirmation of payment either although they did take the money from my account. The next day, when my appointment was to be scheduled, they never showed up. I tried calling their office and all you get is an automated service and it asks you to leave a message. Now I have to put in a fraud claim on the charge through my bank.
