While searching online for fireplace doors for our Highlands, NC home, I came across the site for AMS Fireplace. I was intrigued by the huge selection of fireplace doors, and found exactly what I was searching for. After completing and submitting the online questionnaire,I was promptly contacted by Mitchell, a sales representative with AMS, who thoroughly explained the ordering process to include detailed instructions on how to measure my fireplace opening. After submitting my order, I was promptly contacted by the AMS fabrication department to review my measurements and the specifications of my order. While waiting for my custom fireplace doors to be fabricated, I was updated several times by Ana on the progress and when I would be receiving my order. My order arrived promptly and was so well packaged that it took me more than an hour just to unpack it. The installation process was straightforward and not difficult. I am thrilled with the outcome of my fireplace doors from AMS. As you can see from my photos, the doors are beautiful, extremely well made and of high quality material. Purchase the Sedona model fire table in light gray, and am extremely pleased with it. The ignition switch lights the flame very easily. The flame level can be adjusted easily from low to high. I also love that there is a generous amount of room on the table to put down a glass or plate, while the fire is burning. I also purchased the fire lid cover so the table can easily convert to a cocktail table when not being used as a fire table. Could not be any happier. ?

We worked with Adam redoing our fireplace doors. He was very understanding as our remodel was going slow. The new doors for the fireplace took awhile, but was worth the wait. They came out lovely.

We are very happy with the service and quality of the fireplace doors we purchased from AMS fireplace. Excellent communication from their office in setting up an installation date. Followed up with a courtesy call the day before. The technician, Sean, who did the installation called 30 mins before arriving and did an excellent job. We would definitely recommend AMS!

The team here is incredible, and they took great care of us. We needed an outdoor fire pit, and also wanted to fix up our old fireplace inside. I spent probably an hour grilling the sales guys (thanks Mitchell and Brandon!) on all the different options and pricing, and they were super knowledgeable and supportive. Their prices are great, and they made the whole experience quite fun. Don't bother going anywhere else!

My Wife and I live in Washington State and have been trying to find a mantel for weeks. After searching all our local options, she stumbled across AMS. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely quick to respond. I ordered a Fire Table online. Received a call to verify the details which left a very favorable and professional impression. It was shipped very quickly. Fire pit arrived and looks and functions beautifully. The free cover was too large and is going to be replaced immediately (free of charge). I can highly recommend AMS.
