Your service is terrible, your monitoring equipment does k - gauge shows tank at 80% full hence no delivery. When tank was checked and a new gauge was added, found tank was 47% full and needed 182 gallons of propane. You respond to my previous complaint by thanking me for brining it to your attention and then now ask me "how you can better service me". I don't think you have any idea what is going on and no information is being shared between departments. It would be nice if your company cared.

All deliveries are automatic. They watch our usage from their office. Then a few days later the billing is available to see at their fantastic online website.

The call center and online account system is a joke to deal with. Consistant hangups, transfers mid conversation, no one knows what's happening with the accounts in these foreign call centers. While I need them as a vendor I would not recommend them as a company. The delivery drivers are 5-star though and deserve better from the company they work for.

Brandon showed up with our delivery the very next day after I had requested it. He pulled in with the truck, at -10° that morning, jumped out and exclaimed, "What a beautiful day!" Very knowledgeable and personable. Five out of five stars, for sure!

Finally recieved propane. Your keep-full program is a joke, as is your Philippine Islands "customer service". The local delivery driver is a nice guy, can only do so many hours of driving, and is stretched pretty thin. The Amerigas company is penny-wise and pound foolish. If you don't know what that means, ask someone over 60.

We placed our order and the the propane was delivered the next day. The delivery driver who was working late to service as many customers as possible that day was very friendly and passionate about his job. My wife placed order and was able to talk to an actual person and clear up a misspelled name on our account. Definitely better than last years service. !!!! Update 12/28/22 After wasting time with the automated system, I was transferred to a actual person but no one is saying hello ! I just hear people speaking in the background. Now I was transferred to hold ? Elevator music ? What is going on ? Lady says their having techno difficulties and I should call back in ten minutes. How much is your customer’s TIME WORTH 6/9/23 Placing an order is still an ordeal. Can’t access my online account again. I don’t have these problems with other companies that we do business with online. 12-07-23 We reached our frustration limit with this unbelievably incompetent company. The only part we’re satisfied with is the Alaskan Delivery Driver, he’s great.

I have called several time to schedule once a month fill ups and you still come once a week and charge me $30 in delivery fees everytime the disorganization of this company is absurd I’m canceling my lease on the tank and using a different provider as soon as spring hits.
