Arrived 1030 for 1715 appointment put in staging area, called to door at 1400 paperwork in hand by 1600. Have overnight parking if you arrive before they close. They will let you stay once loaded to finish your break. Once they close if you're on the inside gate will open to let you leave but can't get in till they open next morning. Friendliest staff I've dealt with in awhile.

Formerly Zero Mountain. Now Americold.
Tyson drivers mostly drop and hook.
If bringing in an empty trailer, all incoming Empty Trailers MUST be CLEAN and WASHED OUT and FULL of FUEL.
If dropping a loaded trailer, it MUST be FULL of FUEL.
Easy in and out.
Stop and check in at the main office door at the front of the building.
After Hours use gate code provided by your company.

The been here multiple times. Never have a issue checking in and always get loaded or unloaded quick. Nice people where u check in and always get a door right away. This Cold storage is quick from my experiences every time.

So far everytime I come here has been dope. The staff is nice and really helpful. I normally pick up an empty trailer but today I had a fresh load to drop. Appointment was scheduled for 8:20am and I has made it at about 6:20am. To my surprise they were open and happily got me in a loading dock right then and got me unloaded within 30min. I think I literally sat for 15min. Because of their fast service and excepting me earlier I got to start on a second run before my last couple drive hours were up. Now I'm way ahead on my next load, which is my last load before I take my home time. ?✌️?

Arrived 15 mins early for apt. Office ladies were nice. Snacks and water for drivers. Porta pots. Had me park in gravel section. Called me with a dock, had me park in front of it doors closed until someone came out to tell me to open and back in. Green light go get paperwork. Medium stars because all together it took over 5 hours and most of that wasn't spent getting loaded. It was waiting for a dock and waiting to be told to open your doors. I suggest going with your tanks at our below half they do load heavy and you can add fuel but it's a lot harder to take it out to get weights right. Also don't use the scales at that group of truck stops just east. They're used and abused and wrong. Go to the next closest one on your route

I started off with three stars because the young lady was very pleasant when I checked in. Arrived a little over an hour before my appointment time and was assigned a door an hour and fifteen minutes after my appointment. They began unloading the trailer about fifteen minutes after I bumped the dock and seem to be pretty determined to get it done. If nothing changes I’ll leave it at a three because apparently appointments don’t mea anything.

CHECK IN AT LEAST 1 HOUR BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME , OTHERWISE YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY LATE FEES , TURN ON YOUR REEFER AT -10 AT LEAST 30 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME , MAKE SURE YOUR REEFER FUEL IS AT LEAST 3/4 FULL AND REEFER RUNNING .
