This company is nothing but a scam. They lure you in with a great sales pitch, then another person calls you to seal the deal, then another person calls you to verify your order and to confirm that you did in fact place the order. Somehow (so they say) I ordered 6 sets of toner. They shipped 3 cartridges, then billed me in 1 month which included a crazy shipping charge! Then the calls started again to send the next 3 toners. We hadn't even used the 1st 3 they sent! They didn't care. I had to buy a total of 6 toners. I was also told on the two separate orders that since I paid so promptly, they were sending me gift cards from Walmart, which I never received, nor did I care about, but don't offer something, then never sent it! Stay away from this company!

Scam! Just like a few other scams out there they try to get you to commit to buying cartridges over the phone. You talk to one sales rep then get transferred to the "manager," who is pushy.
I told them to email me the quote for future reference as we were not ready to buy at this time. The manager said "Ok we will send over that information." and hung up. They never asked for my email address or mailing address.
You can tell they are calling from a call center by all the voices in the background. They also called from a local area code instead of a California area code. It was also difficult to find any reliable info about this company.

As the others here have said, they offer you a cheaper version of your toner cartridge. They offer a 30 day trial, however the cartridges only come in packs of 2. We did a side by side comparison and the cartridges are not as good as the name brand.
They called back a couple months later and said the 2 cartridges were just a partial shipment from the original 6 pack and need to send the other four.
They aren't getting a dime from me any further. Do not do business with them.

I wish I could give zero stars, this company is scamming business owners. They got hold of one of our employees, gave a great sales pitch and got an order for cheap toner. Then sent more at twice the original price and then were told to stop sending us anything but cases of toner keep showing up. They need to be shut down.

Ordered ink for our office printers. Everything arrived quickly and the quality / pricing was far better than our current vendor. The non-OEM cartridges fit our printer just as well as the factory branded cartridges. No complaints:)

This business is nothing but a scam. My company was contacted by them originally asking if we could use printer ink. Emphasizing the virtues of selling "American Made" products. My company paid them somewhere around $2,400 for 64 ink cartridges that were high capacity and reliable. I came to find that these cartridges consistently fail, specifically the black ink. This is not a cost savings if my ink is failing. I cannot use the ink my production environment or even pass them out. I do not wish to seek anything further from this business but want to make others aware of what to expect when purchasing ink from this company. Please be careful and avoid them. Just purchase genuine ink from the direct source and do not try to cut costs here. You will be disappointed as I have.

I am a business owner and have been purchasing our offices ink from APM for several years. They have always been professional and the ink arrives on time at a more than fair price. (APM has saved us a substantial amount on ink.) I would also like to say that we have never had a problem with the product. It has always worked and the quality has always been top notch. I would recommend that anyone reading this give them an opportunity to earn your business.

Terrible customer service. As mentioned in other reviews - the ink is subpar at best, and will not hold a candle to OEM ink cartridges at a higher cost! (with the promise of higher yield/capacities that never come through). Then they call to update saying after the trial period there are another set of ink cartridges required to continue purchasing 4 more. They are not worth the effort and the scam is deplorable.
