Great staff. Really enjoyed my interactions with Jade, Blake, Julia, Jennifer, Christina, Allie, Megan and Michael. The products this company makes are really high quality. But, the reason they're such a great company to buy from is the fact that they do everything that any sized customer might want. Design help? Project management? Color Matching? Customer Support? Anything you might need done from an architectural metals standpoint - they are more than just manufacturers and fabricators. The service from those folks mentioned above are why this place makes money. I can't walk around a mall now without considering the fact that API might've made that storefront look great!

The lady at the front desk has a terrible attitude and is disrespectful. I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism. As I was in the front lobby, I overheard her speaking terribly to people over the phone as well. To experience it, all you have to do is walk in the building. This gives a bad image of the company as a whole.

In response to Pacific Plus I understand the frustration; however, it was the freight company that damaged the material. Your company was paid for the damages. Granted it was not what you wanted; however, you were paid by the freight carrier which means the freight company is taking responsibility. It was damaged when it arrived at our facility.

If we were so horrible you would not have continued to sell to us. We always paid for material that was non defective. We provided 30+ pictures of the crate and the material that proved damages and we were expected to pay for the difference the freight company would not pay.

I regret that we both had this experience and I am sorry you feel the need to post negative reviews on this site when it was out of both of our hands. Did you post the same type of review to the carrier since they were the cause and they short paid you?
