I purchased a lens and mirror set on thier Amazon site, and the amount was $82. An $82 hold was placed on on my checking account, and my account was charged $82. I never agreed to allow a charge of $82 in addition to allowing another $82 to be held. This is the second day of the hold and it has caused my checking account to go negative and I will incurred overdrafts fees. The hold lasted 4 days. This is a terrible business practice. I bought from them in good faith. They have great products, but I won't buy from from thier Amazon account again.

Received the 2 items today and just got around to opening them up. I'm thoroughly impressed with the overall quality of your products and how well they were packaged!

I know it's mentioned on your website and videos about taking the batteries out so they last longer however you have to come up with a switch for the reverse alignment tool, it would be so much easier to turn it on and off 🤔🤔. Just my 2 cents, certainly you've heard it before 😉.

The Lens in my Trotec Speedy 100 cracked after nearly 3 years of use and abuse. Needed a new lens ASAP for a cutting job I was doing. Called them at around 4:15pm EST and spoke with Lou. They didn't have the 2in focal length I wanted in stock at the time but had the 4in version, which was actually better for that particular job. So Lou got the order in for that, set it up for overnight via USPS and got it in the mail before the 5pm USPS cut off. He also put in a back order for me for the 2in lenses I originally wanted which showed up a bit later. Quality of the lenses is fantastic. Service there is amazing. Couldn't be happier.
