I have never had a worse delivery than when my package ends up here. I feel like this place looks like the mail room in Elf. This is not my first issue. This is my 3rd or 4th issue!!! What is going?!? What are you guys doing? Why is there no accountability for this? This treatment is unacceptable. I never have any issues from anywhere else. You guys need yo figure your "STUFF" out and start treating people with respect.

Updated review: This warehouse seems to have made some changes because we have been receiving our packages much faster than before. We are grateful for the improvement. Keep it up.

Past review: My family and I have been frequent shoppers from Amazon for years. When we lived in Tampa our packages almost always came early which was so great! However now that we moved to new port richey our packages are ALWAYS delayed by days! I am going to cancel my prime membership and stop shopping with Amazon simply because of this facility. They need to get it together.

I see why the turnover rate is high. First week of delivering is great. Once they see you get it. They overload you every single day. After I saw how they work I quit. The amount of work you do is definitely not $18 an hour. Shame on Amazon for that. It’s obvious.

Ordered a package weeks ago. Arrives here and delays. Im a trucker. I ordered before I arrived home. I work for a long time over the road. It gets to this facility and delays. I arrive home. Still delayed. I've been home a week, but there is still no update. I'm about to go back on the road, and still nothing updated. I would have come picked it up there just tell me. My God, it's ridiculous. I'm a trucker. There is literally no excuse for this. I will never do work for this facility and Amazon again. will tell every driver I see to refuse all work for Amazon. It appears their only 5 star reviews are from employees, so trust this is a 1 star facility.

They were to deliver a package Dec 24 at 2pm they kept on pushing the time back and the driver on tracking was not that far I was his next stop finally at 5 08 pm I get a msg saying they attempted delivery and that was a lie because there’s a camera at the got and I reviewed the video and there was no driver from Amazon in a 30 minute time frame then at 547pm the package is at the land o lakes Amazon warehouse. Amazon said they would come out to deliver tonight before 10pn it’s 926pm now and no status change !! I’m going cancel this item and close my Amazon prime account I’m not going to deal with them anymore!! It’s not the first time drivers are doing what they feel like it and lie saying they attempted delivery
