Al's Fine Woodworks is truly a local craft gem. I met Al at an open-air market downtown in Sacramento. I was drawn to the beautifully crafted charcuterie boards. The color combinations and wood grain really showed the craftsmanship of the pieces. I spoke with Al about creating a custom board as a wedding present for a friend. He helped me decide on the best wood combinations and even worked to learn laser engraving for a custom date I wanted to add. I would highly recommend choosing Al's Fine Woodworks for gifts or personal projects if you want a quality piece that will look amazing while and perform to the highest standards.
