Excellent Job! Abi has amazing customer service! I ordered a custom plaque here and all I can say is thank you for the wonderful job you guys did. I had a last minute embroidery job for a surprise party. Avi took the time to answer all my questions, put together a design and send me the proofs. All without walking into the shop! They were fast, flexible and friendly. I will definitely be using them again and again. The shirts and ball caps came out perfect. I would highly recommend them. And their prices are very reasonable to boot!

If you like terrible customer service, being way behind schedule and being made to make 5 trips for one pick up on a overprice service then look no further cause I got a Shii hole for you! Dropped off shirts for my daughter school uniform and boy was that a mistake.. We Called a week late from the original pick up date and was told they were done and can pick them up but when we got there not one of are shirts was ready.. We were told to come back later that day and insured they would be ready since school started next day. We came back later and got there about hour before close to find the door locked with a note saying they had to step out and sorry. Returned the next morning to just be told my shirts hadn’t even been started yet no longer ready to pick up!! 3 trips across town since being told they were done and still no shirts and told to come back in few hours .. place is an absolute mess inside and poorly managed in every way possible .

My experience with this business was less than professional. I purchased embroidered shirts and requested delivery and I was called to come and pick up the shirts. I had to express that I paid for delivery, the person I dealt with on the phone sounded like a child. While on the phone I heard someone in the background bothered by me requesting delivery. The package was delivered. I later realized I didn't need the shirts and wanted to return them. The owner later got on the phone with a sassy attitude to advise me that their business does not except merchandise back and does not conduct refunds. They don't even have a refund policy. Overall, I would never purchase anything from this business again and I advise others to be apprehensive.

They told me people usually give me a week for these picture plaques and and I can gar the crystal done in days well Friday to Friday came around my event is Sunday no call I call them and they said they would call back because they are on the phone with UPS. Never got the call back from anyone. So my guest of honor will have no plaque and no crystal trophy. For which i hope I do not have a problem on refund of a product I didn't even receive

Dropped blankets off to have name embroidered on them. Called and sent email about items no response. It took 3 weeks to get one blanket done. Most places are a 7 day turnaround. Never expected 3 weeks.
