If you are planning on doing buisness with All-Truss... please rethink your decision. I have been a long time resident of Napa. My house was dramatically hit in the earthquake. To bring my house up to its value, I had to add an addition... out of pocket. I came to All-Truss for their expertise in building trusses. The designer at All-Truss came up with the dimentions and they were 2 FEET ... not 2 inches OFF!!! I spoke with the designer and a manager. The designer admitted he measured wrong but because I signed a paper, I had to pay for the labor costs to fix HIS error! The first time I requested to speak to the owner, he did not return my call. Whether he was told or not, I don't know. I wanted to come up with a mutual decision, maybe lets split the cost of labor. I had already in good faith wrote a check for the full amount... my cost and the designer's error. A few days later, I left another message to talk to the owner... I got a return call from JOSE, another manager....who I can only speculate because I was a woman that he could yell at me on the phone!!! I was shocked and hung up! I called the secretary and stated I have no problem paying for what I owe but feel I have to cancel the check till I get a call from the owner. Not 20 minutes later... I finally get a call from the owner... He wasn't calling to listen to my situation or hear what I have to say. He spoke over me and had the same professsionalism as his manager. The way I was treated was appalling!!! I was never planning to get something for nothing... I reinstated the check and he got paid. A lesson learned but very disappointed in All-Truss!!!
