Over the last several years as our needs have progressed we have returned time and again to this store. Nicole & Max are top notch and spend quality time with each customer to patiently answer questions and relay information about their products. We’ve purchased lift chairs, several electric wheelchairs and walkers over the years as new products come available to help make our lives easier. Their prices are competitive but most of all we value their customer service. They continue to help answer questions or make small repairs quickly and efficiently when needed.

Nicole and her staff have been very helpful to my husband and I over the last 5 years. My husband has Parkinson’s, and as the disease has progressed, Nicole has helped us with grab bars, shower and bathing tools, and a variety of walkers for interior and exterior walking. Nicole just recently helped us with a great solution of a walker that serves 2 functions: my husband can use it as a walker and I can use it as a transport walker when he needs to rest. We have been very pleased with Nicole’s service, as well as the quality of brands they carry.

I really appreciate this business and recognize how/why sometimes a brick-and-mortar store is really valuable. Yes, you can buy much/most of what they sell on the web. But, you can't try things out on the web, you can't talk to experts on the web, you can't have someone teach you how to use an item on the web, and, when you need something quickly adjusted or repaired, you can't do that on the web. The business really knows the landscape of medical supplies. They have really knowledgeable nice staff that can help you with just about anything you need. They are patient and helpful. A good business to support.

If you want extremely terrible customer service and extremely expensive medical supplies then this place is for you. Nicole has to be the world’s worst employee at this location. She was extremely rude, hostile, and terrible at her job as a sales person. She was showing us items that she praised in the store that she said was on back order for us to buy. I went online and started looking for the items and she told me I was extremely rude for looking. I told her first off you want us to buy an item that you don’t have, but I want to see. Second off they were selling the item for about a hundred dolllars more. Third you guys get these items for a lot cheaper than you are selling, so capitalism works on both ends. She raised her nose and still called me rude. Nicole, you should not be allowed to work with customers. Who ever owns this store please train her on how to work with customers.

No, Nicole was clearly upset that I was googling the products. She even stated that she was upset and shocked. That’s why I was telling her how capitalism works. So teach her how to work with customers because you can tell with the 2 minute interaction she is very disrespectful.

We've been to this Medical Supply store a few times. We were not sure what we needed for my husbands Achilles Tendon strain along with his Parkinson's. Nicole was very helpful in trying different boots for support and assistance that would help my husband. They have everything one would need and if not will order it. I would recommend them for any medical supplies necessities!

Every single time I visit this store, I leave impressed by the terrific inventory and knowledgeable staff. When I know what I am looking for, they always have it in stock and when I need a solution, they are patient, kind and helpful. They are very conscientious about helping me find the RIGHT thing and not the most expensive! Great Store!

I just got off the phone with Derek Imutan. He is a great blend of friendliness, professionalism and humor. He is the epitome of fantastic service. I asked him if he was the owner. He said no, I just know how it feels to break a bone. If everyone in the world had empathy like Derek the world would not only be a better place, it would be perfect!

It is very rare to still find independent, owner operated stores today in Walnut Creek, and boy do I miss them. Allstar Medical Supply is a rare example of this type of store. Owners Max and Nicole went above and beyond my service expectations to answer questions and address my needs. They kept the store open one more hour on a Saturday afternoon and when I finally decided to purchase a recliner chair (I have a bad back), they offered to deliver it that same day. We are very lucky to have them in our neighborhood. Many thanks guys!
