Extremely Disappointing Experience with Warehouse Receiving Staff
Took full day for unloading, our pickup got cancelled because of them
I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the receiving team at this warehouse, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst service interactions I've ever had. Upon arrival with a full truckload, the staff was completely unorganized, slow, and showed no sense of urgency or professionalism.

The unloading process took way longer than it should have because they seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than actually doing their job.To make matters worse, they were rude and dismissive when asked about the status of the unload, making it clear that customer satisfaction was not their priority.

Needless to say, this experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I would not recommend this warehouse to anyone looking for efficient or professional unloading services.

Came here to load & arrived 30+ min early followed the instructions given by the guard (kudos to her because they were clear and precise for a 1st timer) and got a door right away!! As of writing this review, I have been sitting for 1 hr before they touched my trailer but very good experience. One more plus is there is plenty of room to back into the doors which is hard to find in California.

Got loaded in 2.5hrs, waiting to get my paperwork from last 30 mins. No restroom for driver except a filthy porta poty👎🏼

Products and defective products:

I have a dilemma. I’m one of those old fashion people who like regular size paper towels. Not the one size fits all, not the tiny ones not the extra large ones. Just regular size paper towels that I grew up with. They become incredibly hard to find. I found some made by your company at big lots store. I purchased them and they’re the perfect size. In fact I was so happy to find them that up by 5 six packs. But there is a problem. They’re flimsy as heck and they are two ply but the two plys separates even before you remove them from the road. What I’m trying to find out is, Do you make a better quality product or is there a place I can find a regular size paper towel that has any kind of quality at all. The ones I’ve purchased are pretty much worthless. I’m trying to use them up as quick as possible. But I still don’t know where to find a better towel. Maybe you offer a different brand?

Upon inspecting the plastic wrapping for the 'Melody' toilet paper, I did not find a recycling symbol/number. It's unfortunate because i actually really like this brand. Dispite being single ply, the firm pressed patterns do a better job than most other brands.

However, my principles take precedent over my comfort. I will no longer financially support this brand
