Alliance Jiu-Jitsu Key Biscayne is an amazing place to learn and practice Jiu-Jitsu. Both for adults and children. Not only Lucas and his team are extremely technical and excel as instructors, but the way they deal with and care for children is nothing short of outstanding. Jiu-Jitsu is a great sport for fitness and building confidence, and their teaching methodology and philosophy is highly effective on children, who take those learnings to life outside the gym.
