They will come out to do work on your property, damage your property, then refuse to fix the issue. Horrible customer service, and extremely rude to customers. Tech came out to replace a sliding glass panel under warranty, and ruined my screen door. They insisted on payment and refused to fix what the tech admitted was his own fault.
The manager Barry is rude and condescending, says their work is a “ favor “ to customers.

Josh is amazing! He installed our new windows quickly and was so so thorough. He even cleaned them afterward and they look great! There was a small scheduling issue as well and I called and spoke with CG and both she and Josh coordinated to get the issue worked out promptly. The scheduling issue was on our part as well so they did not have to help us, but both CG and Josh bent over backwards to remedy it. I could not be happier with the superior level of service we received. Will recommend Alliance in the future!

DO NOT use this company for windows. Windows are a material that's experienced production delays since COVID so we made sure to get our windows ordered in May 2021. Windows were quoted as mid-Nov 2021, then slipped to the first week in Dec. Fine and understandable. Here's where Alliance drops the ball...

Got notification that the windows were in the warehouse in Lake Mary the first week in December and week after week, the company kept having "delays" to get the windows out and installed. After a month of installation-specific delays, we finally get windows installed in the later half of the first week in January 2023. Excited to see the windows in but noticed there are 2 windows missing and now it's going to take another 3 weeks for them to get out to install.

If you're using a GC, ensure that they go with a Home Depot, Lowe's, or Renewal by Andersen who stand by the timing and quotes they provide. These guys are just a wholesale company with TERRIBLE timeline management and doesn't need to have a reputation to stand by since GCs will bring them business for customers that aren't all the wiser. If you do have a choice and are researching DO NOT USE this company unless you want delays beyond just manufacturing delays. This leads to inspections being behind and the rest of your project being behind if there's more work to be done after the windows. That also means more money out of your pocket if you have a builder's risk policy that you have to keep renewing and uncomfortably living until your project is done and Alliance doesn't care.

We had Alliance supply and install all the windows and sliding doors on our home. Upon installation, three windows and two sliding glass doors were defective (difficult to close and impossible to lock). Several windows had aesthetic damage, one of the glass panes cracked twice and one of the glass door's window pane was installed backwards, which made it a different tint color from the rest.

After months of calls and emails from us and the builder, they finally fixed SOME of the issues. On the remaining issues they said that's just how the windows were designed, but some windows work fine so that excuse doesn't fly. Nonetheless, we moved past it to end the frustrations. But now the sliding door locking issue came back again and they're refusing to fix it because it's been a little over a year since we moved in.

If you want quality windows without wasting a tremendous amount of time, angst and money in the long run, go elsewhere.

We had the most amazing experience using Alliance! The attention to detail with our new windows far exceeded any expectation and the investment was worth every penny!! The installers were friendly, while extremely professional, and the quality of the windows themselves is excellent!!
