We have these machines at my complex. I didn't even realize that they charge $10 upfront until I started using my virtual debit and saw the charge notifications and yes, if you don't use the money within a certain (ridiculously short) time frame, another $10 will reload which honestly leaves me speechless. The dryer is much more expensive than a commercial dryer and NEVER fully dries even though the cycle is one hour. There is no information about what you are charged and how those charges work (like, loosing credits when I use them all in one day). Having to do laundry outside of your apartment unit is already a hassle so to overcharge and under delivery is just bad ethics.

It's been months and months for this company to fix the dryer in our complex, until finally got on fire 🔥 flames were coming out of the barrel, we used an extinguisher to put the flames out, fire department came and check confirming that the dryer machine in fact was on fire, company came and said that they going to repair the dryer, realy !!! They can't put a new one, this is to the point that it is a safety hazard for everybody in the building,
At least I have this review before they "Fix" it, just in case the dryer get on fire AGAIN

These machines are always breaking down. I have called to speak with someone in regards to me not being able to wash after trying two different machines and them not working. This issue continues to happen at the complex I live at. And these are new machines. They are always breaking down and it won’t tell you on the screen until after the cycle time is complete and you open the washer to see it never washed and now it says out of order. These machine and this company is a joke.

I’m at a serious loss for words right now. I would like someone from this company to contact me as soon as possible. I would like a refund for not only the money I put into the machines but for what I loaded onto my card and I request the company responsible for this incident to replace my ALL my clothing, there’s no way in heck. I’m gonna be putting these clothes back on after seeing what I just washed them through the fact that none of these machines have ever been serviced and its clear they’ve never been serviced is appalling and quite honestly the most disgusting thing I pretty much ever experienced in my life and that’s coming from someone who was homeless living on the streets in a tunnel. I will personally be adding a temp closed sign to the laundry unit door warning the rest of the tenants of the currently unmaintained condition of all the units here on site . Everything’s been video and photo documented and I have zero issues seeking legal representation on this matter if this issue isn’t resolved in a timely manner. We have your machines at our building, and I must say they are pretty disgusting and they stink, no matter how long you keep the door open.
There is always a build up of black slimy goop at the rubber rim, the part that outlines the door.
And then there is a rubber part on the bottom of the door lining that catches all kinds of junk. Hair, pins, just gross.
You have to go in there with a glove to clean it out, and the slimy black goop that is stuck under all the rubber. It’s so hard to clean.
You have to spend at least 20 to 30 minutes to clean the machine out. I work 40 hours a week, who has time for this
Now they installed a soap dispenser you can’t take out and clean, or maybe I am doing it wrong. The old dispenser was much better because it was easy to take out . Many times there is left over soap, or other detergent that some of us are allergic to, inside the dispenser.
I don’t use your machines, only if I have too. Rather go to the laundromat with those nice big machines that don’t stink and are clean. Worth the extra money. There should be some kind of health inspection for washing machines. Gross

How do we get in touch with the people who maintain these machines? Many not working at our building.

I've requested refunds a handful of times and no response ever. There's no way to check up on refund requests you've submitted either. No email confirmation. No notation in the app.

It's hard getting laundry done as it is as a single mom of a toddler but I'm gonna start having to lug my laundry to the laundromat because this is becoming absurd.

AVWS is great! They are quick to respond to maintenance requests and they maintain our machines well. Our regular technician, Juan, is the best. He's friendly, helpful and takes the time to explain to us any issues with our machines. Their customer service reps are also friendly and helpful. What a great team! So happy to have them here at our property. 😊

Update: THIRD SATURDAY IN A ROW....
WHERE'S YOUR TECH ALL VALLEY?
You claim you're sending tech to inspect machines? WHEN? ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Going to check out other washer/dryer services to replace yours.

2nd weekend in a row dryer not drying, called for maintenance.... They claim they came and repaired. No note left? What was done? What's up All valley? 30 minutes on normal for lightweight clothing and still not dry? Terrible! Paying double to dry one load is ridiculous! Crappy machines need to be repaired or replaced.
