An igniter on our cooktop at the cabin stopped working. We hadn’t been there for a while but when we planned in advance to go, I googled “appliance repair in our area”. Jory had great reviews. We scheduled an appointment that we had to change to the following day. Luckily, Jory was able to accommodate us. I had texted him a copy of our cooktop since it’s about 25 years old. He did a thorough diagnostic and one of the igniters was bad. he had one in the van that he thought might work even though it wasn’t the same one. Nope. It didn’t, so he ordered one. He was coming back today since we had planned on being back. Well, we ended not going due to bad weather, but our neighbor let him in. I am so happy that Jory was able to fix it. I really didn’t want to buy a new one! Jory is honest, reliable and a real professional. I was sad we didn’t get to see him when he came back because he was so fun to talk to! I highly recommend him!

Very professional! Jory showed up exactly when he said he would, fixed the problem, answered all our questions, with complete knowledge. Very reasonably priced. Jory is amazing. I rarely write reviews but his service was so good that I would feel guilty if I didn’t. My dryer stopped working and I was desperate. He arrived promptly and quickly figured out what was wrong. He actually had the necessary part in his truck and within two hours my dryer was fixed. His pricing was so reasonable that I was both shocked and delighted. Call him!!! You won’t be sorry!!!

The owner Jory is amazing at what he does! Friendly, honest and he knows what he is doing when it comes to repairs. He has repaired many appliances for me but one in particular was my Washing Machine in which 5 other techs had come out from another company and he stopped in once, and had it all figured out. Highly recommend!

If Jory can't fix it - no one can!! He couldn't get a part for my Heartland stove so he's taking pictures and figuring out how to rig it himself. He's always on time, friendly, courteous and his prices are fair.
