They conceal the shipping cost even on the invoice. You pay full undiscounted shipping if you are an individual. That's fine, just don't try to hide it.

First off, my order is apparently used instead of new as advertised. It was also unprofessionally packaged in literally scraps of cardboard and wadded up pieces of printer paper. Shipping was not mentioned in my order so I assumed it was included, yet I got a second charge of $93 for shipping! If I would have had any idea or been given an option of shipping methods I would not have chosen the $93 option!! The product that I ordered has "Same-Day Shipping" on the page, yet my order was sent 7 days later. Avoid this company!!
