Working with Richard The Rug Star,
Was an absolute delightful!
Richard was so kind and courteous and polite! He was so professional, and his communication was very clear and extremely helpful! I really think Richard is a rug superstar, he was so knowledgeable! It was just an all-around positive experience we were able to remove one old rug and pad while installing a brand, new beautiful rug and pad! I can’t forget to mention the most important part we did all of this while a massive bed stayed intact!
