I’ve been using Instacart through this Aldi for some time, and the experience is consistently disappointing. Orders are almost never ready on time—and more than once, they’ve been delayed by a full day. As a regular customer (many recognize me by the two-dollar bills I tip with), I would hope for at least a baseline level of courtesy. Unfortunately, that’s not the case.

Today was the final straw. I arrived to pick up my order and waited outside, only to find the Instacart app telling me to go inside. When I entered and asked for assistance, I was completely ignored by multiple staff members. Not a “just a moment,” not a glance—nothing. I was spoken to with silence, like I didn’t exist.

This kind of disregard is unacceptable and speaks to a larger issue: a complete lack of passion, compassion, or pride in one’s work. It’s a reminder of how broken customer service can be when no one feels empowered or motivated to care.

Do better, Aldi Lake Park. We notice when you don’t.

Most of the employees are welcoming and pleasant. However, there is a lady that works the register that is dark skin, with short twisted hair, and has a rainbow Apple Watch band, that is nothing near pleasant nor welcoming. She always has an attitude, tosses your food like it’s trash, and is just overall rude. So if you want a good shopping experience, my suggestion would be to not go to her line.

This Aldi's has a wide variety of different Aldi's brand and off brand mainstream food items. They always have great prices the lines can get a little long but they move quickly to cashiers do a great job. I highly recommend this location. I've noticed you that they always have new and holiday themed items as well.

I was so excited when the Aldi here in Lake Park opened and I started going regularly until I had a really negative encounter with a cashier that is the rudest person I've ever met. She's a tall dark-skinned woman with twisted short hair. She was so incredibly rude to me and to two people behind me that I vowed I would never go back. I didn't go for two years and I went back today and she's still there and so incredibly rude. I called her out on it today but not only did she not care or apologize for her extremely rude nasty attitude, but she ignored me and started yelling at the people behind me in line. Why does your store have somebody like her? She's been there a long time and I see there's tons of negative reviews about her and a lot of us just aren't going back because of her. Is one rude lazy horrible cashier worth losing this many customers? Do better Aldi!

Went to Aldi to shop an order for DoorDash and I couldn’t have been more disappointed. My family was actually considering shopping here for ourselves but after my first experience we will stick with Publix. The shopping experience itself was pretty simple. Things were easy to find and fairly priced. But when I got to the checkout all that changed. The cashier was the most unhelpful and unfriendly individual I’ve ever experienced at a grocery store. Just plain rude. Wouldn’t help me find disposable paper bags for purchase and there were none on the shelves. So I had to hold up the line to go find them myself and there were literally only 3 of them to be found. Already irritated, I crammed all the groceries into the bags and one of them ripped. So I very politely asked if there were any more bags and this lazy, rude, good for nothing employee sat in her spot and continued with her bare minimum effort. I asked another cashier for a manager, who came to the front and helped me. She was great. But the cashier at checkout ruined any chances of me being a future customer of ALDI.

They left this in my car door and sincerely do not ever touch my car again! The line be wrapped around the store cause you got cashiers tryna be parking enforcement tuh. Y’all do not be doing them curbside orders be so fr. The store organized like somebody 2 years old or possibly has schizophrenia stocks it bye!
