I really disagree with the negative reviews and why I decided to write. Yes, they are terrible communicators and a response isn’t very timely. But that seems to plague this industry. What I do find different is that they seek to solve production issues I have and are a real partner. The products they carry are of high quality and they are honest. I very much appreciate their can do attitude. They have enabled me to deliver a consistent high quality package to my customers which, for me, is more important than a immediate response to an email. I very much believe they are dedicated to long term relationships and will deliver on that when you really need it. Kind of “old school” in that sense.
