I bought a sweatshirt from this company which is one of the softest, most comfortable ever! I had an unrelated question. A nice young man returned my call within 24 hours. He was polite and extremely helpful. As a result, I placed another larger order today! I discovered this company when we visited the silos a couple of weeks ago. As an iced tea addict, I was thrilled to find them onsite. Everyone was drinking their fabulous tea from their mason jars! This company is the best ever and they will definitely get more business from me!

I had an issue with the tops of my glasses. I received a response on a Monday about 3:30pm and had communicated by email back and forth and had new tops shipped out by 5:30 that day!
