Overall great experience getting loaded.

Arrived at 8:15am (waited for one of the two docks to be open)
Docked at 8:44am
Loaded by 9:15am

When you arrive, pull onto the scale and walk to shipper/receiver office that is before the gate, (sign and sidewalk will lead you there). If you have to wait, the office staff will tell you to park next to the building, just before the curve, and tell you how many trucks go by before it's your turn. When done, go back on scale and hand the office the paper given to you.

Very quick loading. Nice staff. Pull of scale. Walk in office. Go to assign dock. Get loaded. Go back to scale. Walk in for paper work. In and out in 1 hour.

I was unloaded pretty fast. I know some places like this usually sweeps the trailer out afterwards,only reason they didn't get 5 stars. I was in a loner truck and didn't have my broom.

Shipper could not get load legal 11700 on steers 36300 on drives 29000 on trailer tandems all the way to front fifth wheel also shipper tried moving rolls around but after 4 hours just couldn't get legal so load cancelled. Waste of time here. Ch Robinson brokered.

Not bad, no plumbing if you need a toilet there is none here for the dirty truckers.
Didn't take long to get loaded.
