The customer service is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. They made a small error and more than made up for it. It’s unusual to find such good business practices and so they deserve to be recognized for it! I highly recommend them if you need any glass work done!

After a disappointment of the installation team breaking one of the new glass panels for our patio door, I called and asked that, next time, the A-team be sent. It was. James and Josh arrived, precisely at the time they said they would, and they first fixed the mess ups of the previous team, before proceeding to install the new fixed-glass panel of the door. They lubricated the track, and spent time cleaning all the glass, and ensuring the sliding door did so with ease. Impeccable work - these two! Thank You.

approximately four weeks ago i reached out to AGW to request a quote for glass to cover a tabletop. i was told by brook , the receptionist, that it would be 7-10 days and they would call me for address and entry information. two weeks later i phoned brooke at AGW to see if and when i was on the books. at that time she told me they had me scheduled for wednesday, november 20. i provided requested information. i was told they would call me with a quote. on monday november 25 i once again spoke with brooke to see if they could give me the quote since i had not heard from them. she informed me that her supervisor was out and she did not know if the measurements had been taken. she informed me that she would find out and call me back. at that time i told her if they had not been and taken the measurements to cancel my request. after not hearing back, i am led to believe that after a month of waiting and calling to get a price, no one has even been by to take measurements. for the sake of AGW i'm glad they are so busy but as a consumer, if you need any type of glass work i would DEFINITELY consider another company.

I was told they were 10 days out for appointments but they showed up in 2 days!! Ian was awesome. He was in and out in less than an hour and now everything is perfect. These people are great!!!

Very pleased with the service. Prompt and reasonable estimate. Easy scheduling for installation once the glass had arrived from the manufacturer. Glass was installed while I was out of town. When I returned, I could not tell anything had been done, except the windows were perfect. Place was clean and the glass looked just like the original. The sliding glass doors worked better than they had for over 20 years. I will absolutely use Alabama Glass again, when needed.

Had the best experience with Alabama Glass! From girls in the office setting up my appointment to fix my broken slider patio door! James was the technician that came to fix the door, so professional. He eased my mind that it would be taken care of, and done correctly!
