Recently purchased an expensive Kiln for our church. It didn’t work from the get go but this company would not warranty or fix. They don’t reply or respond or back up what they supposedly warranty. A lack of integrity and I would never buy from them again. They have communicated clearly that they don’t care about the customer…only getting money. And..after the fact we could have bought online cheaper and would have had better customer care. Buy somewhere else.

If you like to support local businesses, this is the best one you could possibly choose. Their collective knowledge and vast inventory makes this my favorite art supply store in Alabama. They also have frequent sales and teacher discounts (my favorite).

The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I felt like I could get help and ask questions without feeling like a burden, but I also didn’t feel like they were hovering over me or pressuring me to buy something. Very good staff! Especially the tall young man who does water color paintings. I unfortunately don’t remember his name, but wanted to mention him directly.

Staff is so helpful and selection is great. Prices are very competitive, especially with club membership. Daughter is an art major, so she shops here frequently and really loves it.

This art supply shop is a diamond in the rough! It has extremely helpful and engaging staff, along with a myriad of art supplies at competitive prices. They have a great rewards program/customer loyalty perks plan you can sign up for free, and they really try to help you find what you need.
This is a super charming spot, I recommend going and checking it out.
