The fact that there are no newer reviews lately that are higher stars should tell you something. After a lot research finding a chair for a shorter person I selected the California chair in Ojai color. Little did I know that the Ojai color has completely different specifications and is a larger chair than the other California colors. I reached out to customer service asking about the specifications and received very slow and short responses. They did send me a specification chart for the Ojai and it is indeed different that what is on their website! I was then told to reach out to where I bought it if I want to return it… when I had already provided the order number and date from when I purchased it direct from them! I was then told I could pay for shipping to return it and a refund would be given once they receive and confirm the chair is in new condition. So in the meantime I’m without a chair and funds and hoping I get all my money back when it’s their fault they misrepresent this chair on their website. Super shady and uncaring support. Do not recommend.

Bought this chair as part of the 2017 PAX West. Received it in mail a couple weeks after. It was really easy to assemble. Took a bit to get the lumbar support in the right place, but its super comfortable now and I can spend hours in it gaming.

Quick delivery, easy assembly, and great quality. Quality and comfort are up there with the more expensive "racing" chairs. I have had mine for almost 2 years now and it still looks and feels like it did on delivery day. This is the best chair period.

Great chair. I've had it for over a year and it feels like brand new. AKRacing has good customer service. I remember I was entitled to a footrest and they shipped it in the next week when I found out. Overall a great company and great product.

When I was looking for a gaming chair I went trough lots of brands until I came across AKRacing. The chair was made with high quality materials and took less than 20min to put together. I have had this chair for about a year now and nothing has broken or ripped. I would really recommend this chair even for the price.
