I buy my racks with AIT and they always sure am satisfied with what am getting. I like is all the different sizes in stock. Sam figured out what would fit in the area I wanted. Great pricing and quick turnaround for delivery and installation. His employees treats me well. They done multiple warehouses for me in South Florida and Orlando. Highly recommend if you need the pallet racks.

We contacted this company about shelving. We were looking to buy $6,000 worth We are driving down from Palm Beach county about 45 minutes away. Caught some traffic. We contacted Sam on the phone. Told him we were running behind because of traffic they closed at 5:00. He said it wouldn't be a problem We got there a few minutes before 5:00 and yet we understand that people want to go home, but we showed up a few minutes before 5:00 and he acted like our money did not matter My opinion their customer service is lacking. When we called him told him we were stuck in traffic and that we would be getting close to the time of them closing. He should have said that at 5:00 they were shutting down no matter what And we would have turned around and went home We will now spend our money with their competitor. I advise you to do the same

Our experience buying racks from Sam at AIT Industrial Shelving went smooth and he was very accommodating to our needs. We picked the shelving up at his location and we didn't have to wait around at all. He brought out the forklift right away and loaded our stuff into our trailer and took extra care to make sure it didn't get damaged. He seems like a genuinely good person and we appreciate the service he provided us.

I’ve gone through misunderstandings with this company, but at end of the day business matters are just business and there’s always a solution. Personnel wise AIT is very friendly and will always treat you with the same respect you give. 10/10 place for all shelving/heavy equipment needs.
