AIS is keeping that family-owned business appeal. We've used them for commercial appliances and to design some drainage throughout one of our office facilities. I've visited their site and seen how clean their production is, with projects that are very detailed and complex...and even larger stainless steel work that they're doing. If you want to know more, definitely visit the facility and get a tour from one of the owners. Also, we've also used them to quote out projects and they've always been detailed and saved us time and money.

Had AIS installed a new fan system and duct at our restaurant, stop working less than a week, came back repaired by turning down 50% off its full perform. Just few months after the unit installed it fall apart. Called AIS many times got directed to 3rd company for inspection and paid own pocket told gonna be reimbursement but never did. Was told one year warranty took more than 10 phone calls and almost 3 weeks to take care the issue. Wasting time and will not be return or referral.

A.I.S goes above and beyond the definition of customer service. I've never met a more dedicated business owner than Paul Hoffman. He stands by his work and makes sure every project is completed to the highest standard. Almost every restaurant in Tucson has stainless steal work done by A.I.S. from kitchens to bar tops and they all turn out beautiful. I would not trust anyone other than A.I.S. to handle stainless steal customization.
