I own a JD Gator and 2 zero turn mowers, I trust JD equipment and like the sales and service departments at the Lake City store over the other AgPro store nearby.
In May I purchased a new 4044 compact tractor here and had a wonderful experience with my salesman Keegan. I own a commercial property that had many trees down from a recent tornado.
Keegan asked all the right questions and listened to all my concerns to match me to the right equipment.
He was respectful and honest. I'm a mature woman and he did not "talk down" to me nor was he condescending.
He personally delivered the tractor and patiently showed me the safety features and operation. I would highly recommend Keegan and John Deere products.

I stopped in to speak with James about a mower and found him to be honest, polite, and he went above and beyond and even delivered our mower personally! I would never buy a mower like this from a box store because while you might save a few bucks but you will not receive the service we received during and after our purchase! I have been a customer of AG-PRO for 5 years and I own 3 John Deere machines (see attached pic). Eric Scerbo is the very best salesman who has twice gone to other locations to get what I asked for instead of pushing what was in stock there. That to me is the best type of person in that roll. Eric expertly knows the operation of the equipment he sells and is an excellent teacher for people new to that market. John Deere Financial frequently offers great financing options to fit most everyone's budget with excellent warranty plans plus parts orders are super fast!

Dad got a tractor from them years ago, never honored anything they promised upfront. As a kid then I knew this was bad business. Looks likes they’ll be facing some repercussions finally for taking advantage of their customers and lying through their teeth. This used to be a small town, glad to see we still have some roots in protecting us from criminals like AG.
