So i was offered a job after talking to the super intendant of the company and he said wage would be discussed with the recruiter, the recruiter had offered me an amount and when I had tried to discuss the wage a little more she told me she would get back to me and never did, So i was able to get ahold of the superintendant from the company and they had hired someone else, without having ever given me the opportunity to talk about wage amount even though they had just offered me the position the day prior and i was fully willing to negotiate something that worked out for the company. Please put me on your no call list. This hiring agency is by far the most unorganized and inconsiderate agency ive ever tried to work with for employment. I will be recommending to all my colleagues and friends in the construction industry to not do anything with this agency. Never once was i able to discuss a wage and when i tried, they had essentially ghosted me. Very unprofessional. Im actually discusted with how this went.

I got contacted by someone who claimed to be a hiring manager. They asked me all the normal questions then they said I would need to be verified and that I needed to give the my social security number for my w2. They didn't know that it is not called a w2, and they do not prepare that paperwork, it is the employee who is to fill out that form! I tried to contact them and they won't answer! So I say, a scam within a scam is what it is..... be careful!

Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone at any of their locations. Shame since the first time I worked with Aerotek I had a recruiter that would actually talk to me.

Aerotek is probably the worst staffing company I have ever worked with. Totally unprofessional and corporate does nothing about it, no matter how many times you call to complain about locations. Advise is to keep looking and stop wasting your time here. And they will not answer the phone.

I used to really like this company, however it seems like they have really dropped the ball somewhere! I did training on September 17th for an assignment that I thought I'd start the following Monday along with at least 30 other people. Towards the end of the training the Trainor informed up that not everyone would be starting until the following Friday... Well that never happened either! Not only did I not start but it's OCTOBER the 5th and I've yet to receive pay for training! They are very disorganized and very unprofessional... Don't know what happened and really don't care! I just want my money!

I went with many expectations, to work, just like my husband. They told us they would call us, I am still waiting. It bothers me that I go to an agency and I do not know why they do not employ me what I did or did not do. They could follow up on people with their process and tell them something that is worth something. It was unfortunate for me.

This is the best place in Sarasota to find a job! Hands down! The recruiters here are absolutely amazing! They will surely find you employment!
