Outstanding in all respects.

Advantage home performance helped me troubleshoot a tricky home heating cooling situation and then as of this morning installed two Fujitsu heat pump systems. Each system a single unit condenser and a single handler... Each system 18K BTU. From start to finish they were very Hands-On, seamlessly communicative, professional in all respects. The installation job was a little tricky but not challenging for these guys who are total pros. From set up through installation to clean up everything was great. And now after 15 years of heating my home with wood and cooling it with an ineffective swamp, we are comfortable at the press of a button. We haven't used the system for more than a few minutes at this point but if everything continues to work as well as it is now, we are super happy about this. With the industry leading warranties on the condensers another elements of the job and materials, I feel confident that will be comfortable for many years. A+

I highly recommend Maurice Harris from Advantage Home Performance to help you sort out any AC troubles. He has a calm, kind and respectful manner that puts a person instantly at ease. He's very knowledgable, he efficiently zeroed in on the problem, yet he also took the time to explain things in language the layperson can understand and answered all of our questions thoroughly. He even checked for us about whether our Lennox system is still under warranty so as to save us money if possible. Definitely will call on him again should we need help in the future. In Arizona you need to have confidence in your ac contractor. Their technical skill, their sharp mind to notice possible trouble spots effecting future issues, and the ability to get to the breakdown almost immediately.
I am pleased to say that my trust and thanks goes to Advantage Home Performance, based out of Prescott. Advantage quickly returns calls, even in busy summer season. Tim, in the office, is always in communication with me to answer my questions, and provide gue$timates. One of their technicians, Maurice, works quickly, and safely on my sloped roof. Then comes back down the ladder with a smile and a simple explanation.
I would recommend Advantage Home Performance if you are looking for local pros!

I had an issue with my brand new air conditioner. The whole system is literally just under 2 years old. I of course was sick with worry over my AC not working. It stopped working the previous day needless to say, I was up all night because it was HOT and I was worried about getting someone who was not going to be honest about the issue with AC. I was worried I was going to be over charged or the correct thing was not going to be fixed. Well the Technician sent to my home Chadney Tacheene was and is AWESOME!!!!!!! He was professional, kind and he explained everything he was going to do. I was able to ask questions, which he was able to answer. Chad explained what the issue was ( the capacitor). Chad had the issue diagnosed and fixed within 20-25 minutes. My home is cool and comfortable thanks to Chad. Again Chad was delightful, honest and he placed us at ease. Great job Chad and thank you very much. You deserve 5 stars.

Loren was fantastic to work with for insulating and sealing my crawl space. I have rarely had experiences with home repair that have gone so smoothly. Loren even went through the crawl space himself after the team finished sealing things off, sent me pictures, and explained all aspects of the project. A+ experience!
