They do good work. That's what you need to know. They aren't great at the marketing thing. They rarely answer their phone. We just went in and dropped our small job off. They said it would be ready in 1-2 weeks and we got a call just after two weeks. We didn't pester them and they said they appreciated that. Trust their system. They ARE reliable.

After receiving multiple quotes from their competitors ranging from $16000 to repair and $60,000 to replace. Advance came to our rescue. OUTSTANDING price ( waaaaay less then everyone else), they were out within a week to fix the roof. Polite crew, clean work. We are delighted and will be life-long customers. As a local small business owner it’s nice to see a business run so professionally.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I left some parts with them to quote for welding. I came back a week later to check and see if they had talked it over with their welder. They literally told me to quit hounding them. Wow you might as well put a sign on your door that says Don't bother us. This isn't how you treat customers it doesn't matter if your busy or not

We are just completing a renovation where we need a range hood cover. Saw Advanced Sheet Metal online so stopped to see them. Steve was very nice and told us he was busy but would get to it as soon as he could. That was 6 weeks ago. We have stopped numerous times and were always told we were in his list. He was scheduled to come over a take measurements last week and never showed. They told us he was sick( which I doubt). We went there this morning and Steve saw us coming and literally ran to the back of the shop because he did not want to face us. His rude son basically told us they were too busy to do our job and he was anything but nice. I would not recommend these people!

Steve and his crew do great work. They have state-of-the-art equipment such as a water-jet and laser cutters, and various welders. They have done some interesting projects for me over the course of several years and I have always been quite happy with the results.

Great people do deal with.. Went there asking for 2 sqft of scrap sheet metal.. Walked out with closer to 5 sqft for no more than I expected to pay for 2 sqft. While I was their, I noticed they do excellent waterjet cutting as well. Will be using them for this in the very near future.
