Well after calling everybody in the phone book. I finally spoke with someone that was actually.. nice and sounded like they really cared about my problem. they kept my computer for 2 days and cleaned out the laptop so good it's like brand new. They talked and walked me through it all. So nice and professional. And it only was $80. Shane arick is the man.

My computer got infected with malware and completely froze up. ALS did the repair and had it up and running by the end of the day. Two months later a new malware got into my computer, and because it was reinfected shortly after the first repair, ALS repaired it free and did other extensive repairs and upgrades. It has been running 100% perfect ever since. They do a great job and they stand by their work. I would highly recommend them 100%. Thank you to Shane and his staff.

My laptop screen wouldn't light up. I took it to ALS and they fixed it the same day. The price was quite reasonable. A minor glitch occurred several days later and they looked at the computer and resolved that minor issue with no charge. Excellent service all around.

I knew my laptop was having issues and was trying to move files to an external hard drive when I received a black screen and a message that the hard drive had failed and I should backup my files so I didn’t lose them. Not knowing how to do that with my laptop in that state, I carried my laptop with the external drive into ALS like a mother carrying a child into an ER. Shane said he could install a new solid state drive which would be better and faster and he could attempt to retrieve my files. The next day he called saying the drive was repaired. He also could see my profile but it was taking a long time to transfer for some reason. Since I was going to be out of town, I told him to take extra time if he thought it would help. He was able to save most of my files. Then after I had my laptop at home and was unable to project it to a monitor, he kindly helped me by phone identify and correct the issue. Great people and fantastic service. I appreciate them so much!

When you are not "tech savvy" you have to rely on the experts and hope they steer you in the right direction. In a nutshell, I trust ALS to give me the best expert advice. They are professional and knowledgeable. I was ready to buy a new laptop if I needed to, but they replaced the drive and my previously very laggy laptop is now a joy to use!
