This store is letting only 2 people inside the store at any time!! Now there's 4 people in line just to get into the store!!
What the hell is going on here?

Edit: What a COMPLETE waste of time!!
I stood in line for 30 minutes, the line did not move so I left!!

Issac a employee or manager that worked in advanced atuo part was really rude to me🫤.I bought Toyota puris headlight and he gave me the wrong parts, defected parts.I went to replace it for new and better parts, he said “this is final sell” he at least should have told me that it was a final sell at the beginning or before I bought. I lost $80 in that.(I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM ADVANCED ATUO PARTS)

Very bad customer support they’re trying to sell you their bat or wrong items and they tell you it fits to your car and when you come back to return it or replace it they denied it says it’s final cell. We cannot return it and very bad customer service I ever had.

The customer experience I got today was so amazing. I cannot express how much I appreciated the staff. I was SHOCKED. Greeted at the door, immediately helped with my dead car battery, had it install by the Italian guy. Purple hair girl was so helpful. Latino boss was amazing. I will come back for sure.
