Was on a search for beef backribs and everywhere was sold out or didn't carry them. Then Adam's popped up in a search, called to confirm they had them on the traeger within 30 min! They can put rub or marinade on them as well, saves a little prep time.

Looked like a good selection of lamb and chicken as well, think i found a new favorite place to pick up some back ribs!

Great selection of meats. Went to pick up a couple A5 Wagyu steaks. Good people there. Would recommend for anyone looking for better/higher quality cuts of meat or more options than a grocery store.

I've been buying meat here for a couple of years now and they are always very friendly and the place is always immaculately clean. Of course the selection is incredible they even carry bones and liver and other organ meats that most places don't carry. Would like to see more grass-fed options but if you're looking for a local butcher this is definitely the place to go.

Best butcher and meat shop in Foslo. hands downs. If not sure start with the prime burger patties. No need to season. Or get the pre marinated trip or any of the fresh meats under the counter.

Adams Meats is a great addition to Folsom. Being raised on a ranch and raising my own meat, you get picky about what and where you buy from. Adams has a great selection. They also support my hobby of smoking meats by supplying me with great Pork Bellies to make my own bacon. They have custom cut almost anything I have requested without issue. Keep up the great jobs Adams Meat folks.

Great quality variety of meat and seafood, worth paying a higher price than the grocery store. The chicken cordonblue is amazing, beautiful thick steaks are a must! I won't buy meat anywhere else now, the staff is awesome! Thank you Kim for your recommendations on meat and how to cook it.

Visiting my parents from the bay. They’ve picked up some meats from here in the past and I had heard of this shop but hadn’t had a chance to visit myself. I picked up three different marinated chicken breasts. All were delicious, high quality, and great prices. I also purchased a hot sauce that is excellent. The shop is clean and orderly & the service was also great. To have a real butcher shop that provides such high a high quality meat selection is amazing. I highly recommend it!
