I was able to work with an engineer located in the USA. I am very pleased with the results and the service. All soft start devices are not created equal. Outstanding customer support, and importantly, the product WORKS! I installed one of their 40 amp “hard wired” soft starts on my home AC (2.5 ton). In my case, I saw about a 55% reduction in peak inrush current, and now my small-ish 5,000 watt portable generator can run the AC.

Also, just want to add, this experience felt like the “good old days”, where you could call and talk to an American who understands the product and actually has the desire (and ability) to solve problems. A breath of fresh air!

All I can say is quality - great service - Thomas great guy - smart as all hell - I’m a avionics tech usmc and Sikorsky and I can tell u this team and this product are truly legit and bring a whole new level to power distribution on the 50amp trailers and living in Texas u need those ac’s kicking ! But best part is your not running 20 some odd amps per ac maybe only like 10 or so amps which is always better for heat especially in Texas !! Thanks guys and keep up the amazing work and ingenuity and most of all stay cool and genuinely helpful. !!!!

This guy and this company know what their doing! Fantastic product and fantastic service. He's willing to have a dialog with you and seeks to find a solution to your power needs. The best thing about his product his the app. Yeah, I know, another app to download! But within the app you can adjust the parameters of your soft start module ie: start up ramp time, amperage etc. When I first plugged it in to my solar system I still couldn't get my air compressor to start up, but then I went into the app and adjusted the parameters I was able to get my air compressor to finally start working! Thank you!

I am very impressed with both the customer service as well as the overall quality of this product.
I initially got the hardwired active start and realized it would not work in my camper as it needs to be mounted downstream of any transfer switches (e.g. my inverter). It was 100% my fault for not reading the info on the hardwired active start and assumed it would work the same as the plug and play options. When I contacted customer service they gave me a prepaid label to return it on their dime as well as sending a plug and play unit for free with absolutely no additional charges! The new unit works flawlessly and looks/feels extremely heavy duty and durable!
This is a great company and I am a very satisfied customer!!!

Mr. Ohchain Campbell from Jamaica gave me the options he had to eliminate the bees, I thought it would be a lot of money but it wasn't, they gave me an economical option that actually eliminated all the bees.
